How do I take this?
To assess tolerance: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 oz. of cold water in a glass or shaker cup and consume for up to 3 days, then follow below directions.
For weight loss: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 oz. of cold water in a glass or shaker cup and consume 30 minutes before 2 largest meals. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. For best results use for 60 days in combination with a calorie-reduced diet and exercise.
For Pre-Workout/more energy: Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of cold water in a glass or shaker cup and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Do not take within five hours of bedtime. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health.
