How do I take this?
To assess your tolerance, take 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) with 6 oz. of water for up to 3 days. Once tolerance is assessed, take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 12 oz. of water. Do not exceed 1 scoop within a 24-hour period.

When should I take this?
Take 30 to 45 minutes before your workout, or whenever you need an extra boost of energy.

Why is my bottle half full?
