Best High Protein AND High Calorie Shake I've Had Yet!
I like to workout, but the problem I face often isn't enough protein and calorie recovery post-workout. This makes me sluggish, moody, and I work a busy, on-your-feet job, so recovery is critical to feel better faster after microtearing. A lot of shakes on the market are only high protein, not protein and calories.Often foods aren't nutritious enough or have (good) high calories while still being budget-friendly. I don't always need to drink a full serving, but even when I do, one gallon of this lasts a while for one person. With overnight shipping, it's even better, so I don't have to delay my workouts waiting for this. You can scale back the calories, if you want, by putting less cups in per shake (the advertised serving is 6 full cups.)The only downside is even with shaking and stirring, it stays emulsified, unless you wait a day. Doable, nonetheless. Both flavors are great, but I feel chocolate is better. It doesn't suppress appetite - it fills it, so I often snack and use this as a meal replacement when I don't want to cook or have time to.

Awesome product has helped me gain a lot of lean muscle mass I highly recommend to anyone trying to gain I stack my supplements with it also not to thick if you split serving amount great value for the money dissolves well in a shaker and mixes well texture is smooth
No lead contamination
The serving size is six scoops. That’s a lot. I can see if someone tries to follow that to the letter where they might get an upset stomach because the manufacturer even recommends two servings a day as an option. At that rate, even a 5 pound bucket won’t last long. For me, two scoops with water is fine. Don’t want to over tax the liver. The taste is pretty sweet. In a consumer Reports article done in September of this year (2025), out of 23 protein powders tested, this was the only one without any detectable lead content. I went from 100 pounds to 125, easy to dissolve and good flavor. In 2 weeks, see the first results. When I finish the jar, I will have already gained a lot of weight. It is always good to exercise, so that the pound is not only fat but I can gain muscle.
Not my favorite but wasn’t disappointed
The taste is good 3.8/5 don’t get me wrong however it’s just TOO sweet/rich even when mixing with pb powder the vanilla is just TOO gourmet lol. It’s not too pricey for what you get so,I wouldn’t mind ordering again if my go to is out of stock/price.
