Get ready because on July 16th & 17th the IFBB hits Tampa, Florida for the 2010 Pro Bodybuilding Weekly (PBW) Championships. Representing for Team MuscleTech™ are 8-time IFBB pro champion "Dazzling" Darrem Charles, the world's strongest bodybuilder Johnnie Jackson and new IFBB Pro sensation Mike Liberatore in the men's open bodybuilding category. Newly signed Team MuscleTech bodybuilder Jose Raymond will be holding it down in the 202, fighting for a top-3 spot in an equally stacked line-up.

Bikini phenom Monique Minton will also be hitting the stage, fresh off her very impressive pro debut at the 2010 Muscle Contest Pro Bikini Championships in California, where she took first runner-up. Look for her to really make her mark at this show and build on her rapidly growing popularity. In his first fight since signing with Team MuscleTech™ in the fall of 2009, Todd Duffee stepped into the cage on May 29th looking completely jacked, garnering comments from commentators and spectators alike about his sheer size and razor-sharp conditioning. His stand-up game was impeccable and Todd's strength and agility lent itself well to helping him effortlessly brush off every take down attempt that came his way. Despite picking his opponent apart for the majority of 3 rounds, Duffee took an unlucky right cross to the temple, which ultimately ended the fight in a knockout. There's no doubt that this upsetting loss will add even more fuel to the competitive fire that burns within Todd Duffee, and you can be sure that he will be working his ass off to build even more speed and power before his next clash in the octagon later this year.

Todd Duffee Post-Fight Questions

What are your thoughts on the fight?

I thought I got tunnel vision and focused too much on the game plan. I also feel like I gave my opponent too much respect.

How did you see the fight going up until the stoppage?

I felt that the fight was moving at a very slow pace. I blame myself for not increasing the tempo.

What was the game plan going in and do you feel about how you executed your plan?

My game plan was to avoid the cage and keep the fight in the center of the octagon. I wanted to stay patient and turn the fight into a boxing match. I thought by minimizing my kicks and not reaching he'd eventually come forward and make a mistake. I executed the game plan perfectly but my game plan was terrible.

Looking back on the fight, would you have done anything different?

I would have fought differently. I felt like it was a sparring match.... I muscled all of my punches. I would have mixed up my attacks but there's really no need in talking about shoulda woulda coulda's.

A lot of people say that you learn more from your losses. If there's one thing you could take away from this experience, what would it be?

Stay true to yourself. I should have focused on my strengths as a fighter.

What's next for Todd Duffee?

I'm still waiting to hear what's next. Unfortunately, I don't get to make those decisions.

With only days away from the New York Pro, Team MuscleTech superstar Johnnie Jackson is training hard hoping to secure his first podium finish of the year on May 8^th at the famed IFBB event.

To prepare for this contest, Johnnie Jackson is going back to basics. He's been spotted training with long-time friend and Mr. Olympia runner-up Branch Warren. Nothing but incredible muscle mass and shredded conditioning can come from beyond the doors at the famed MetroFlex facility. Besides, who better for Johnnie to train with then the 2007 New York Pro Champ himself!

Team MuscleTech wishes Johnnie the best of luck as its lone warrior sets his sight on dominating the stage in the Big Apple!

As a relatively new sport, the IFBB bikini division saw only its second competition in California on March 27th; however, the competition was anything but inexperienced.

Having won her pro card at the 2009 NPC National bikini competition, Monique Minton came into her first pro show at the Muscle Pro Bikini competition in Culver City, California with a lot of momentum – and didn't disappoint.

As one of the premier bikini models in the sport, Monique has been featured in countless magazines, including FLEX and M&F Hers, and is undoubtedly a front runner in any competition she enters. At her first pro show, Monique showcased an incredible physique and veteran confidence, all of which took her to a second place finish in her very first IFBB competition!

Team MuscleTech would like to congratulate Monique on her 2nd place finish, as well as on her hard work and relentless dedication to one of the premier sports in the IFBB.

Team MuscleTech congratulates Branch Warren, Dexter Jackson and Johnnie Jackson for their inspiring and record-breaking performances at this year's Arnold Classic. The crowd favorite Warren walked away with his fourth and record-setting Most Muscular Award as well as third place. And to the thousands who showed up to the Team MuscleTech booth, we hope you all enjoyed meeting your favorite bodybuilding superstars, catching some free giveaways and getting up close with the new Hardcore Pro Series line of products.
