For those who may have missed the 2008 Arnold Classic, here is a recap of how it went down at the Team MuscleTech booth.
On May 10th 2008, 32 hungry competitors will be taking the stage to battle it out under the bright lights in New York City. The New York Pro is not only one of the biggest bodybuilding contests of the year, but a contest historically known for catapulting bodybuilders into the upper echelon of the sport and solidifying their name as one of the top threats for the Olympia throne. The top five finalists at this event automatically qualify for the big show – the Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas this September. With stakes this high you better believe that the competition will be fierce. Leading the pack are two Team MuscleTech athletes: David “The Giant Killer” Henry and Ben “The Showstopper” White. Looking fuller than ever, David Henry’s two-weeks-out pictures truly speak for themselves. Rippling with dense, striated pecs capped off with sickening three-headed monster delts and 50-caliber guns, it looks like David has taken his trademark muscle density to another level. And with his etched-in serratus, deep separations and ridiculous back detail at two-weeks out, David is a lock for the 202 pounds and under class as well as a threat for the overall title. That is unless Ben White has anything to say about it. Ben’s 250 pounds of saran-wrapped mass will be a menacing presence as soon as he walks out. His ultra-carved back development is tough to match and his chest and arm thickness is in another realm altogether. Anyone who thinks they can step to Ben White on stage better be ready to bring every ounce of muscle they have, because this man came to win, period. This past weekend was a memorable one for four Jay Cutler fans. Traveling from as far as Norway, these fans got the opportunity to be a part of Jay Cutler’s Charity Training Camp, sponsored by Team MuscleTech™. Each of these fans hung out with 2-time Mr. Olympia in the Mecca of bodybuilding, Venice Beach, California, where Jay treated them to meals, a two-hour workout and a Q & A session on whatever they wanted to ask the Champ. Jay requested to keep the camp small so that he could give more attention to each participant. The attendees left the camp with a wealth of knowledge, and to top off their weekend they also received autographed photos, prizes, the latest in MuscleTech® supplements and complementary tickets to the NPC Orange County Classic where Jay was the guest poser. To further give back to the community, Jay is donating half of the proceeds of this event to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Los Angeles. Gallery – Jay Cutler’s Charity Training Camp
Jay’s next training camp date is set for Friday June 20th, 2008. But that won’t be the last – as Jay Cutler plans more, stay tuned for more information.
And, as if that wasn’t enough to get your anabolic juices flowing, keep it locked on Pro Bodybuilding Weekly as Mr. Olympia himself, Jay Cutler, joins Larry Pepe on Pep Talk to discuss his preparations for the 2008 Olympia. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear Jay’s strategy for claiming his third consecutive Sandow trophy at this year's big show!
On May 10th, Ben “The Showstopper” White will prove to the bodybuilding world why he is a force to be reckoned with by fulfilling yet another self-proclaimed prophecy – Winning the New York Pro. For most rookies, declaring victory at your first pro competition is risky business. But if you’re prepared to storm onto the stage with a 5-foot, 8-inch frame covered in a monstrous 250 pounds of ultra-shredded and super-dense muscle, you can say whatever you want. And that is exactly what Ben White intends on doing. With five weeks left until he hits the stage, The Showstopper is well on his way to hitting his mark. Right now, Ben is weighing in at a monstrous 255 pounds at only 5 percent bodyfat! If you don’t believe it, just take a look at the pictures provided by The Showstopper himself. If this is any indication of what he will be bringing to the stage, the competition better watch out! But how is he achieving this wicked physique? Aside from his hard work and dedication, Ben relies on naNOX9™ and GAKIC® to pump out rep after rep in the gym to achieve the carved physique that is necessary to win. And to rebuild his torn muscle fibers, Ben relies on the most advanced musclebuilding protein formula on the market – Nitro-Tech® Hardcore. And as you can see from his pictures, this monster is going to make some serious noise come May 10th.

Last September, Jay Cutler defended his rightful title as the king of bodybuilding, earning back-to-back Mr. Olympia victories. It only took him a few hours to outmuscle, out-flex and out-pose 23 of the world’s biggest bodybuilders, but it took a year of ruthless training, steadfast dieting and the world’s best supplements – MuscleTech® supplements. In fact, since becoming a member of Team MuscleTech™ in 2003, Jay Cutler has propelled to the top of the IFBB ranks. Just months after pairing with the world’s best research team, he won the 2004 Arnold Classic Championship. “I only use supplements that work and that are backed by research. That’s what MuscleTech supplements offer over anyone else,” said Jay. “I’ve been able to build a lot more muscle since joining Team MuscleTech, and it shows!” So as he looks forward to a three-peat at this year’s Mr. Olympia, and a third Sandow on his mantle, Jay Cutler turned to MuscleTech® researchers for another edge. Just days ago, Jay Cutler returned once again for one of his scheduled visits to Team MuscleTech’s global headquarters where he was granted exclusive access to its leading-edge research and product-development laboratories. “Every time I visit Team MuscleTech’s world-class research facility, I’m always amazed at how many new and innovative supplements they’ve engineered,” said Jay. He met with Team MuscleTech’s doctor-led field of researchers and scientists to discuss the latest in muscle physiology chemistry, sports research and pharmaceutically-inspired delivery technology. They also examined Jay’s unique biological profile to develop a unique supplement stack that would make him bigger and more muscular than ever! After meeting with Team MuscleTech researchers, Jay Cutler tested out their new 6,000 square foot gym in what would be remembered as the most intense chest and bicep workout those walls had ever seen. When all was said and done, if you added up every rep of every set, Jay Cutler laid to rest more than 30 tons of raw iron! Jay Cutler even visited Team MuscleTech’s busy customer service center, where he answered a few phone calls and surprised many bodybuilding fans who were awestruck that they had a chance to speak with the big man himself. Check back soon for exclusive, behind-the-scenes access and video of Jay’s trip to Team MuscleTech’s headquarters … only on MuscleTech.com. Gallery – Jay Cutler at Team MuscleTech
Sporting his biggest, most-complete package ever, Melvin Anthony had come to Australia ready to rumble, and he came armed with extra-wide delts, freaky-lats, and a tiny waist. From the pre-judging to the evening finals, the two giants went pose for pose, but when the smoke cleared, Dexter would reign supreme again. Dexter’s upper body, including his chest, arms and delts, were fuller, rounder and harder than they’ve ever been. His lower body was equally impressive, with feathered quads that left the audience, and his competition, awestruck! Industry insiders speculate that Dexter’s back-to-back victories are thanks to a secret weapon he added to his arsenal just weeks earlier – ANABOLIC HALO™. “There’s no question about it. It was game over from my first serving of ANABOLIC HALO 10 weeks ago,” testifies Dexter. “I’m bigger, harder, thicker, and more muscular than I’ve ever been!” Never one to rest on his laurels, the newly crowned 10-time champ traveled to his third country in as many weeks. Overpowering the loaded 2008 New Zealand Pro lineup with the same dominating qualities as he had in the prior two shows, Dexter Jackson proved himself as one of the most-dominating forces in the IFBB. And after capturing three pro championships in three consecutive weeks and in three separate countries, Dexter Jackson has written his own chapter in the IFBB history books.
Not only was this annual installment the most-watched Arnold Classic ever, it was the most-watched bodybuilding event in history! In fact, during the men’s bodybuilding finals, more than 43,000 fans from all over the world watched Dexter Jackson outmuscle the competition on his way to his third Arnold Classic victory. And just as many have tuned in since then to watch the famous interview where Dexter Jackson reveals his secret to winning the 2008 Arnold Classic – MuscleTech® supplements! Of course, no Arnold Classic would be complete without a visit from its namesake – Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. In an exclusive Bodybuilding.com interview right after the contest, he spoke with Pro Bodybuilding Weekly’s Bob Cicherillo and Dan Solomon to add his own insights to the Arnold Classic Fitness Weekend! Being edged out last year by the narrowest of margins for a potential three-peat, the consistently super-shredded Dexter Jackson was not to be denied this year as he stepped into the spotlight on Saturday, March 1st, winning the Arnold Classic for the third time in the last four years! Although competition was tight for the top spot, Dexter didn’t disappoint with more thick muscularity that was sliced and diced from head to toe – confirming, yet again, why they call him ‘The Blade.’ Looking bigger and tighter than at the 2007 Olympia, the, Freakin Rican, Gustavo Badell showed why he has quickly become a fan favorite by setting the crowd into a frenzy with a uniquely crafted posing routine. The heavily muscled Branch Warren also brought an impressive package to the Arnold’s this year, carrying over 250 pounds of perfectly-proportioned muscle, in the way we’ve come to know him best – a signature thick chest, massive round delts and full arms, all fixed atop a set of shredded wheels. But, it wasn't just on stage where Team MuscleTech dominated. When the doors to the largest expo in bodybuilding opened, it was clear to everyone in attendance that Team MuscleTech ruled the Arnold's. Thousands of the most hardcore fans from around the world swarmed the MuscleTech® booth to meet the biggest names in bodybuilding, and get their free samples of the hardest hitting nitric oxide formula – naNOX9™, the World's Strongest Vaso-Anabolic Psychoactive Experience™ – naNO Vapor ™, and be the first to experience the World’s Most Hardcore Anabolic Growth-Inducing Formula – Anabolic Halo™. Chris Cormier, a bodybuilding legend who has a loaded resume with over 30 top-3 pro finishes and who has dominated the field and claimed victory 11 times, manned the Team Muscle Booth and was looking incredible. Other Team MuscleTech superstars like Melvin Anthony, Dexter Jackson, DeShaun Grimez, David Henry, Branch Warren, Gustavo Badell, Darrem Charles, Johnnie Jackson, Ben White and even 2-time Mr. Olympia himself, Jay Cutler were all in attendance at the booth to spend time with their fans. Congratulations goes out to all the Team MuscleTech athletes that competed in the 2008 Arnold Classic and thanks to everyone for making this year's Arnold weekend the most successful ever! One day out from his pro debut at the 2008 Ironman Pro, Team MuscleTech is proud to announce the addition of DeShaun Grimez to our talent roster. DeShaun earned his IFBB pro card at the 2007 USA Championships along with fellow Team MuscleTech athlete Ben White. DeShaun wasted no time and set his sights on the first show of the year the Ironman Pro. He was also ecstatic to learn that he received an invite to the 2008 Arnold Classic.
DeShaun is a big fan of MuscleTech® products and has been using naNO Vapor™, LEUKIC® and Nitro-Tech® Hardcore to pack on the size he needs to compete with the big names in the industry. He will go toe to toe this weekend with other Team MuscleTech athletes Gustavo Badell, David Henry and Johnnie Jackson.
"In all honesty, this is one of the greatest accomplishments of my life, along with graduating from MTC training in the Marine Corps this is the greatest honor for me. I've wanted to sign with Team MuscleTech since I started my bodybuilding career and when they contacted me with the offer I kicked my training up 20 notches,” says DeShaun.
Good luck to DeShaun this weekend, as well as all the other Team MuscleTech athletes competing in the Ironman Pro.

Fresh off the heels of his 2008 Arnold Classic victory, Team MuscleTech™ freak Dexter Jackson was still hungry for another hat-trick – the Australian Pro. Dexter Jackson returned to “The Land Down Under” one week after the Arnold Classic to add another win to his 2004 and 2007 Australian Pro victories. Indeed, history would repeat itself, but this time it wouldn’t be so easy.
On February 29th and March 1st, more than 83,000 hardcore bodybuilding fanatics were glued to their computer screens to watch the 20th Anniversary of the Arnold Classic. Team MuscleTech™ paired up with Bodybuilding.com, the world’s #1 ranked bodybuilding and fitness website, to bring you the biggest Arnold Classic yet.
As one massive physique after another took its position under the bright lights of the Arnold Classic stage, the floorboards of the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Columbus, Ohio creaked under the weight of the heavily muscled line-up. There was a sense that the judges were going to have their hands full on this night, as these were some of the most muscular and striated physiques since the 2007 Olympia. But even in this line-up of champions, one stood out above all the rest.

This year’s Arnold Classic will be the most exciting in its 20-year history. With more than 150,000 fans, 650 booths and countless exhibits over 3 action-packed days! Team MuscleTech™ is guaranteed to dominate yet again, as its biggest and best pro bodybuilders promise to outmuscle the pack on one of the world’s most competitive stages. With their peeled abs, extra-wide delts and loaded, double-barreled guns, Team MuscleTech’s elite will go pose for pose and battle it out for the 2008 Arnold Classic title! Vying for top honors are 2-time Arnold Classic Champion Dexter Jackson, 2-time Mr. Olympia top-six finisher Melvin Anthony and 2-time IFBB pro champion Gustavo Badell.
