So due to the Corona Virus, a lot of the gyms are shut down right now. So, I’m going to show you a workout that you can do at home—and all you need is a baby. And if you don’t have one, you can make one in about nine months with your significant other. But if you don’t want to wait that long or you don’t have a significant other, you can just grab something around the house for resistance.
