High-Protein Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 egg whites
  • 3 eggs, whole
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 scoops Nitro-Tech, Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Pour into 12 non-stick muffin tins.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
