- ⅓ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- Combine the oatmeal, broth, turkey, egg and onions in a medium bowl and stir until mixed.
- Shape the mix into 4 patties.
- Cook over medium-high heat in a non-stick skillet for about
5 minutes per side.
- Serve on a whole-wheat bun and top with extra veggies.
