Tropical Orange Smoothie

For a tasty and cool ending to your workout, this light and tangy smoothie will leave your muscles and your taste buds refreshed.

INGREDIENTS:

  • - 1 cup skim milk
  • - ¼ cup orange juice
  • - 1 banana
  • - 3 strawberries
  • - 1 scoop Nitro-Tech® Vanilla
    protein powder
  • - 4-5 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put milk, orange juice, and ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 15-20 seconds and enjoy!
