INGREDIENTS:

  • - ½ cup skim milk
  • - ½ cup orange juice
  • - ¼ cup mango
  • - 1 banana
  • - 1 tbsp. honey
  • - 5-7 ice cubes
  • - 1 scoop Nitro-Tech® Vanilla
    protein powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put milk and ice cubes in a blender and mix until ice is crushed.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
