A Rich and Creamy Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe

They say that coffee is the best thing about waking up. This protein-infused smoothie recipe takes that expression to a whole new level! Give your muscles and your taste buds a healthy boost with this chocolate musclebuilding shake.

INGREDIENTS:

  • - 1 cup skim milk
  • - 1 tbsp. instant coffee
  • - ½ cup low-fat yogurt
  • - 1 scoop (approx. 36g) of Nitro-Tech®
    Milk Chocolate protein powder
  • - 4-5 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put milk and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 15-20 seconds and enjoy!
