INGREDIENTS:
- - 1 cup skim milk
- - 1 tbsp. instant coffee
- - ½ cup low-fat yogurt
- - 1 scoop (approx. 36g) of Nitro-Tech®
Milk Chocolate protein powder - - 4-5 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
- Put milk and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 15-20 seconds and enjoy!
