  • Weighted chins 3 sets to failure
  • Front cable pulldowns 4 sets x 8-12 reps
  • T-bar rows 4 sets x 8-10 reps
  • One-arm dumbell rows 4 sets x 10 reps
  • Deadlifts 4 sets x 6 reps
  • Machine rows 4 sets x 12-15 reps

Biceps

  • Alternating dumbell curls 4 sets x 12 reps
  • Machine preacher curls3 sets x 15 reps
