Branch Warren's Olympia Diet Prep
Remember to consult your doctor before starting any diet and exercise plan.
Team MuscleTech: Since winning the 2012 Arnold Classic in March, what adjustments have you made to your diet prep as you get ready to compete in this year's Olympia?
Branch Warren: Since winning the Arnold I have been traveling a lot, so the hardest thing for me is getting all of my meals in. Once I hit about 10 weeks out, I will stop all traveling. I still have to do a few local appearances but as long as I can plan ahead, I can be sure to stay on track with my diet.
Team MuscleTech: How difficult is it to manage all of the cooking to ensure you're getting the right number of nutrients each day?
Branch Warren: To be honest, my wife prepares all of my meals for me. She knows my schedule, will do all the cooking and will have everything ready for me ahead of time. Without her, I wouldn't be where I am today.
Team MuscleTech: What's it going to take for you to be successful on the Olympia stage come September?
Branch Warren: For me the most important thing is to stay focused. To do this, I need to have stability in my life. Being at home and in a daily routine, going to the gym at the same time, eating my meals at the same times each day is all very important for me in order to be 100%.
