"We called it the Crazy Train. It consisted of an exercise of 5 reps, an exercise of 12 reps, and then an exercise of 40 reps. We'd do curls for 5 reps, hammer curls for 12 reps, and then preacher curls for 40 reps. The catch, though, was that we did it five times straight. One person would do it five times non-stop, but the other two guys were allowed to switch up the exercises. So once you had completed your exercises, doing 5, 12, and then 40 reps, the other guys would flag you down for another set somewhere else. They'd be like, ‘Here, you do seated curls for 5, do this for 12, and do this for 40.' After we completed biceps, we'd do the same routine with triceps and forearms."
