Countdown to the Classic

With five weeks left until the 22nd annual Arnold Classic, Team MuscleTech® athletes are in full contest-prep mode for their assault on one of the most illustrious titles in professional bodybuilding. The 2009 Olympia saw one of the most intense bodybuilders on the planet – Branch Warren – taking second place and moving one step closer to winning the Mr. Olympia title. In March, Branch heads back to Columbus where he has previously placed as high as second and currently holds the record for the largest number of Arnold Classic Most Muscular award titles, at three. Heading into the Arnold's, Branch has brought up his arms and back to complete what is without question, one of the most dominant and most shredded physiques in bodybuilding today.

Johnnie JacksonJohnnie's Back in Action

Johnnie Jackson is fresh off a dominating performance at the “Duel in the Desert” at the 2009 Olympia where he cemented his legacy as the world's strongest bodybuilder. Now with bodybuilding being his main focus, Johnnie is gearing up to bring his best package ever to the Arnold Classic stage. His best placing at the Arnold's was in 2008 and 2009 where he placed 9th, and with a new high-volume training program, Johnnie feels that 2010 is his year to make serious moves up the ladder at the Arnold's.

In only a matter of weeks, the 2010 Arnold Classic will once again take over the city of Columbus, Ohio. Team MuscleTech athletes are in lock down mode – they've completed their traveling and appearances, their training and diets are on point and they're focused on one goal – taking home what has become one of the most prestigious titles in the sport today.
