Other than bikini competitions, what other hobbies and special interests keep you busy? Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of my passions and favorite pastimes.
Describe your ideal man: Tall, dark and handsome! He also needs to have a sense of humor and decent morals.
What is the first thing you look at when you’re checking out a guy for the first time? Their eyes and then their teeth.
What’s your favorite body part on a man? Traps.
What is the worst pick-up line you’ve ever heard? Do you work out?
What is the best pick-up line you’ve ever heard? I don’t know, I guess I haven’t heard a good one yet!
What feature do you get the most compliments on? My back.
What’s your biggest turn-on that a guy can do? Being romantic.
What’s your biggest turn-off that a guy can do? Being disrespectful and cocky.
The outfit I feel sexiest in is: My workout clothes.

How and why did you first get involved with fitness/figure/modeling? I used to be a runway model – very skinny with no muscle. Then I saw a figure show for the first time and was amazed by the competitors. I knew right away I wanted to look like them! So I did my research and took time to build some muscle and later decided to compete.
What are your goals for bikini/fitness/modeling? Win the Bikini Olympia.
What specific goals do you have for your own body? To get stronger than the average man.
How many weeks out do you begin dieting and training for a bikini contest or photo shoot? 4 weeks.
What motivates you to train? Keeping healthy and looking like I’m in shape all year long.
What is your favorite body part to train? Back.
What is your favorite exercise? Wide grip pull-ups.
What type of music do you like to train to? Chevelle, Trapt, Evans Blue, The Toadies, Live, Norma Jean, Sex Pistols, City and Color.
What machine do you prefer for cardio? Incline elliptical.

What is your favorite diet food? Egg whites and Ezekiel bread.
What is the diet that you follow to get ready for a bikini contest or photo shoot? Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 slices Ezekiel bread.
Mid-morning: 1 scoop Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series.
Meal 2: 6 oz. white meat, 1/2 cup quinoa, 1 cup broccoli.
Mid afternoon: 1 scoop Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter.
Meal 3: 6oz. bison meat and a green salad.
Meal 4: 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt.
