| How and why did you first get involved with fitness/figure/modeling? |
I used to be a runway model – very skinny with no muscle. Then I saw a figure show for the first time and was amazed by the competitors. I knew right away I wanted to look like them! So I did my research and took time to build some muscle and later decided to compete. |
| What are your goals for bikini/fitness/modeling? |
Win the Bikini Olympia. |
| What specific goals do you have for your own body? |
To get stronger than the average man. |
| How many weeks out do you begin dieting and training for a bikini contest or photo shoot? |
4 weeks. |
| What motivates you to train? |
Keeping healthy and looking like I’m in shape all year long. |

Wide grip pull-ups. |
| What type of music do you like to train to? |
Chevelle, Trapt, Evans Blue, The Toadies, Live, Norma Jean, Sex Pistols, City and Color. |

| What is the diet that you follow to get ready for a bikini contest or photo shoot? |
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 slices Ezekiel bread.
Mid-morning: 1 scoop Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series.
Meal 2: 6 oz. white meat, 1/2 cup quinoa, 1 cup broccoli.
Mid afternoon: 1 scoop Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter.
Meal 3: 6oz. bison meat and a green salad.
Meal 4: 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt. |
