Meal 2

  • 12-16 oz. of lean red meat
  • Red baked potato
  • Fat-free cottage cheese
  • 32 oz. of skim milk

Meal 3

  • 1 dozen eggs with half the yolks removed
  • Whole wheat english muffins with all natural peanut butter
  • 32 oz. of skim milk
