  Tale of the Tape
Personal File

When David Henry steps on stage, his densely packed muscular physique, full with massive muscle bellies, makes him a threat to every bodybuilder standing beside him. The "Giant Killer" started training at the age of 17 in order to get the competitive advantage to annihilate his competition during high-school track and field events. Unbeknownst to him, that would lead him to earning his IFBB pro card and becoming a fan favorite at every show. Competing in the Mecca of bodybuilding takes more than just good genetics. David Henry's rise to greatness is a true testament to hard work and dedication.
