Peanut Butter Before Bed Shake | MuscleTech


  • A few ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 2 scoop French Vanilla Nitro-Tech Nighttime
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter or PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • Mix in a blender until smooth.
