INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1: Combine 1 scoop of Vanilla PHASE 8™, 1 scoop of porridge oats, 1 large egg, 245g of almond milk and cinnamon.
  • Step 2: Scoop a large ladle of protein porridge onto a hot pan and form into a pancake.
  • Step 3: Cook until golden on both sides. Batter makes approximately 4 large porridge protein pancakes. Serve with Greek yoghurt, fruit or turkey bacon.
