IFBB Pro AJ Shukoori is another Canadian colossus who knows how difficult it is to get enough calories to really pack on the size – even after eating six times a day. After squeezing in six or more meals a day, sometimes it’s hard to force down any more food, especially if you’re naturally an ectomorph. The easiest solution is to increase calories by blending food into liquid. Here’s my recipe for a clean mass-building shake:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 scoops NITRO-TECH®
  • 1 scoop CELL-TECH®
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • Add water for desired consistency
