1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 scoop Unflavored Platinum Iso-Zero Protein
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tsp. sweetener (Stevia)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Place in the freezer for 3 hours.
3. Take it out and enjoy

2. Blueberry Blast Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 scoop Unflavored Platinum Iso-Zero Protein
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Blueberry Shake

3. Tropical Shake

Ingredients
1 scoop Unflavored Platinum Iso-Zero Protein
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tsp. shredded coconut or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tropical Shake

4. Low-Carb Quiche

¼ cup Unflavored Platinum Iso-Zero Protein
1 cup ham, cooked and cubed
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1  10-oz. package Spinach, frozen, thawed and drained
1  4-oz. can Mushrooms, drained
¼ cup onion, chopped
½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup water
4 eggs, large

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Grease a 9″ pie plate with nonstick spray.
3. Sprinkle ham, bacon, spinach, mushrooms, onions and cheeses onto the bottom of the pie plate.
4. Stir together Platinum Iso Zero and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add cream, water and eggs. Mix until well blended. Pour over ingredients in pie plate.
5. Bake quiche for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Quiche

5. Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 scoop Unflavored Platinum Iso-Zero Protein
1 tbsp. sugar-free fat-free Jell-O pudding mix (any flavor)
3 tbsp. water

Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until protein and Jell-O are dissolved.
2. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Stir and place back in the freezer for 30 more minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, remove from the freezer and enjoy
