Meal 1:
6 eggs (4 whites, 2 whole) and a 1/2 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2:
6-8 oz. of chicken
Meal 3:
(Pre-workout) either 8 oz. steak, 1 cup of potatoes or rice, and 1 cup of broccoli, or I’ll do a protein shake (1.5 scoops Platinum 100% Iso-Whey)
Meal 4:
8 oz. steak
Meal 5:
6 eggs (4 whites, 2 whole)
Usually Sunday is my day I “cheat” and I am much more relaxed. Unless, of course, if I am prepping, then I stay pretty regimented.
