Current Training Program

I split my muscle groups into legs; shoulders and triceps; back and biceps; and glutes. I throw in abdominal exercises once or twice a week, and I work cardio in or out depending on how close or far I am from my next competition, photo shoot or event.

Current Diet

My diet changes very, very often, but here is a basic example!
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites cooked in 1 tbsp. coconut oil
Meal 2: 1 scoop 100% Iso-Whey, Vanilla Ice Cream mixed with 2 tbsp. coconut flour, water and stevia made into a “cookie dough”
Meal 3: 4 oz. fish, asparagus, ½ cup rice
Meal 4: 4 oz. ground turkey over spinach, 2 slices Ezekiel bread
Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken over a bed of spinach with several other vegetable salad toppings and almonds
Meal 6: 1 scoop 100% Iso-Whey, Vanilla Ice Cream mixed with water – if still hungry
