250g Carbs, 100g Fats, 250g Protein
IIFYM: If It Fits Your Macros. Flexible dieting is what I believe in. I keep my protein at 1g to 1.5g per pound of bodyweight. I play with fats and carbs, but most of year I am at 250g carbs and 100g fats. I play with these as desired. In my dieting calories are king, so carbs and fats can be as you wish. I do like to keep fats higher as they can help preserve muscle mass – plus fats are yummy.
